The Industrial Zones in Palestine Incentive Programme (PIEIP), provided by the European Union To provide incentives to encourage investors to start or transfer their investments in industrial cities, It also aims to encourage investments within industrial cities to develop their operations, and to invest in technology The new ones contribute to the creation of more jobs with a view to promoting inclusive and sustainable economic development.

The European Union provided a 9 million euro grant to help the Palestinian Government provide financial incentives For companies eligible to move to industrial cities or companies operating in such cities, This is to raise the level of productive capacity and improve the quality of production, It targets current investors in Palestinian industrial cities, or the willing Moving on: Gaza Industrial Estate, Jericho Agro Industrial Park and Bethlehem Industrial Estate.
