Neighbourhood residential located on a hilltop east of the city of Jenin in the northern West Bank, and will include 1,000 housing units as part of the Palestinian Investment Fund for affordable housing, a program that aims to build 30,000 housing units in the whole of Palestine, in addition to that will include social facilities and commercial such as; shops center and clinic, a kindergarten and a mosque will be developed by Jinan basil real estate investment company .

 

Haddad Tourism Village project, containing 5-star hotel contains 72 rooms, suites and conference rooms and Roman-style amphitheatre with a cargo capacity of 2,000 people. The village also boasts the presence of the Palestinian Heritage Museum in order to raise the level of awareness in the Palestinian history and tradition.
